Arc light has recently completed a job for my father in Broxbourne. He could not have been more pleased. Firstly, Kristen was timely in answering calls and messages. Very much a plus point for contractors. Secondly, he attended the property and was very thorough in his investigation as to why the house was losing power in different rooms. On initial inspection it was thought it may have been rodents chewing through wires, however with Kristen’s eye for problems, further investigation showed something entirely different. For us this made the job much less expensive but Arc light were still more than happy to help. He fixed the issue before Christmas and will be returning for further work in the new year. Kristen was a complete pleasure to deal with and both my farther and I would not hesitate to 100% recommend his company to others. It’s very hard to find good contractors so we will be hanging on to this one! Thank you so much Kristen. Kind thought and happy new year Richard and Vickie Alderman

Really pleased with the work done and the price charged. Had a single plug socket in the living room converted to 2 dual sockets to reduce the need for messy multi plug adapters, had new sockets installed in the bedroom to enable us to move the tv and had our old fuseboard replaced. Would highly recommend him.

Kristen responded to a recent post looking for an electrician and we're very happy he did. Sent us a quote very quickly and we arranged the date for the job which he was able to do for us quickly which was great. Exactly the job we needed done. Very nice guy and will definitely use his services again 👍

Kristen Dean - Big shout out for Kristen who is an outstanding electrician and an incredibly kind person. I needed some urgent work done and despite being quite complicated, with patience and diligence, he completed the job whilst remaining friendly and relaxed. I know many electricians from networking, introductions from business associates however when it comes to electrics and it's crucial the work is perfect, I would only use Kristen and will always recommend. Am a very happy client.

I cannot recommend Kristen enough for any electrical work. He was fantastic. We needed an electrician to do some work in our house at short notice before our decorators started, and he was able to come and start within a couple of days. He always kept me up to date with when he was coming and priced the job up before he started. He was very friendly, professional and his work was of high standard. We have been let down by many tradesman in the past so it was really refreshing to meet someone reliable. We will 100% be using him again. Thanks Kristen :-)
